CRESTWOOD VILLAGE DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

According to our By-Laws, officers are elected annually to serve a term of one year.  Our board has six members: President, Vice President, Tresurer, and three Director positions. All positions are elected at the same time.

Use of this Form is not required to run for office. However, names of nominees recieved in advance of our Annual Meeting will be included with the ballot.

Additionally, you may use this form to get on the ballot even if you are not able to attend the Annual Meeting, but would still like to run for office (we all have jobs too you know!).
