Our Purpose
Our main goal is to protect your property value and ensure your neighborhood is well maintained and safe.
According to our Articles of Incorporation, our Bylaws, and our Restrictions (Covenants), we are responsible for the following:
- Collecting Annual Assessments (Click Here for more info) (Reference: Articles of Incorporation, Article 7, (b),(I)
- Enforcing Restrictions (Reference; Para E7 of the 2003 & 2005 Restrictions, Articles of Incorporation, Article 7, (b), (iii)).
- Caring for the community "Common Areas" which inludes:
- City of Dothan Utilities (irrigation water)
- Alabama Power (street lights and front entrance)
- Front and back entrance maintenance
- Retention pond upkeep
- Liabilility Insurance
- Website cost
- Collection costs (small claims, leins, legal fees)
- Management fees (if applicable)
- Community signage.

Are you interested in serving your community by being on the Board of Directions?
If so, we would love to hear from you!
Prior to our annual meeting, we will send out ballots with the names of all community members that are interested in running for office at our annual meeting! You should plan to be present so the community can ask questions and get to know you. You will have to receive a majority of votes to be elected!
